Refund policy
At Angie’s Fish Room, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of live fish, all live fish sales are final and non-refundable.
For aquarium equipment, supplies, and other non-living products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Medicated / Dropshipped Items:
Certain items, including medications and select supplies, are fulfilled by a third-party distributor.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier approval.
- Opened or used medications are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Approved returns may be subject to:
- 20% restocking fee
- Non-refundable shipping costs
- All return requests must be submitted and approved prior to sending items back.
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged during shipping. Restocking fees may apply.
If a live fish arrives deceased, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened bag for refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs).
